How to disable pop-up blocker in Google Chrome
Google Chrome is configured to block pop-up windows by default. One of the reasons is that websites could misuse the pop-up window feature and annoy the website visitors.
Some websites require the use of a pop-up window to function, so in these cases, you need to allow pop-up windows to appear on Google Chrome. You can turn off the pop-up blocker for Google Chrome and Chromium browsers on the browsers' Settings page.
Steps to allow pop-up window for Google Chrome and Chromium:

Go to chrome://settings from the URL bar.

Scroll down to Privacy and security section or click from the sidebar menu.

Click on Site settings.

Scroll down to look for and click on Pop-ups and redirects option.

Click on Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects radio button to enable popup for all sites.

Click on Add button to allow or deny specific websites from sending popup window.

Enter URL and click on Add.
